What is MeroKart?

MeroKart is Nepal’s largest and fastest hyper local delivery company which helps you order grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables and other products that you need everyday from your Local Machine & mobile phones.

How do I order via MeroKart?

The flow is pretty simple.

  • Choose a preferred items from the store online
  • Check out the cart with everything you need
  • MeroKart picks up the items from the shop and delivers to you within 180 minutes
What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. For orders below Rs300, we charge a Rs50 delivery charge.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

We try to make sure our inventory is always updated. In case an item you ordered is unavailable from the store , we will try to source from a different store or suggest a replacement.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at MeroKart or simply call us at 9845460434 between 8AM and 7PM.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Just drop us a message at MeroKart.com or contact us from within the Website and we will promptly change the address.

What is the cancellation policy of MeroKart?

MeroKart provides easy and hassle free cancellation policy. You can cancel your order any time before the order is out for delivery. You can also reject the delivery at your doorstep or ask for replacement, if you are not satisfied with any product.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order from  Order History, or write to us at MeroKart.com or call us on 9845460434 to cancel your order.

What if the delivered product is defective?

We have a hassle free return and replacement policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our customer care support at MeroKart.com and we will immediately replace the product.

Can I reschedule my order?

We do not have a rescheduling feature in our Website right now but if you call us at 9845460434 or email us at MeroKart.com, we will promptly reschedule your order.

What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

How can I make payments at Merokart.com?

Cash on Delivery (COD) option is  available for the customer convinience.

What is the refund policy of MeroKart?

Shopping is hassle free and convenient on the MeroKart Website. Get in touch with our customer support in case you want to initiate the process of refund. Mode of refund depends upon the mode of your payment.
